Join us on the second Sunday of every month for Family Yoga! Family classes are a playful and inspiring way to connect with other families in your community. Stretch, breathe, connect, relax, and have fun! This lighthearted class includes partner poses, whimsical music, and mindful moments as you connect with nature. No experience is required.
While this class is recommended for children 3 to 10 years old, children outside of this range are always welcome to join! All children must be accompanied by a participating adult. A ticket must be reserved for all participants regardless of age. Non-participating guests must puchase a general admission ticket.
Pricing
$15 per adult, $8 per youth (5-17)
Free admission for children ages 0-4
This class will take place in person at the Wildflower Center. Space is limited and registration is required.
