DATE: Sunday 10/26/25   TIME: 9:00am - 11:00am

Fruits and flowers everywhere, but not a bite to eat? This class is for ages 15 and up. Anyone under the age of 18 must attend with a registered adult.

Include foraging duo Eric Knight and Stacy Coplin's book with your registration! "Foraging Texas: Finding, Identifying, and Preparing Edible Wild Foods in Texas" is the perfect companion to this fully immersive foraging class.
